Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Marinaire LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products.

You may return new, unused, and uninstalled merchandise by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of the order ship date. RMAs are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and returned items must be received by Marinaire LLC before the RMA expires.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and packing materials

  • The product must show no signs of installation, wear, modification, or damage

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Refunds are issued based on the condition of the returned product.


Refund Determination

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • 100% Refund
    Unopened or opened items that are in exact original condition, including product and packaging, and have never been installed.

  • Partial Refund (Refurbishment Fee Deducted)
    Opened items in working condition that are not in exact original condition and require inspection, repackaging, or refurbishment. Examples include missing or damaged packaging, missing manuals, or improper packing.

  • Partial or No Refund
    Products that show signs of use, installation, wear, damage, contamination, missing components, or improper handling, including but not limited to scratches, marks, bent or cut wires, screw holes, or altered components.

If the determined refund amount is not acceptable, you may elect to have the item returned to you at your expense.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns:
    All shipping costs to and from Marinaire LLC are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Marinaire error:
    If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.


Refused Deliveries

Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be treated as standard returns and are subject to all applicable return shipping, inspection, and refurbishment fees.


Shipping Damage on Returns

If a product is damaged during return transit, the customer (shipper) is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Marinaire LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.

Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage. Insufficient packaging may result in denied carrier claims and reduced or denied refunds.

Important packaging guidance:

  • Use adequate cushioning and protective materials

  • Fragile components (such as evaporator coils or return air drops) require extra protection

  • Items originally shipped via freight pallet must be repackaged appropriately if returned via Fedex ground carrier (double-boxing is strongly recommended)


Return Shipping Responsibility

We strongly recommend:

  • Insuring your return shipment

  • Using a traceable carrier with delivery confirmation

  • Retaining tracking information for at least 90 days

You are responsible for lost or damaged returns while in transit and for filing any associated shipping claims.
