Expensive Shipping! July 17, 2023 Reviewer: David Martin from League City, TX United States   Asked about using my FedEx account for shipping my order (remote control) and was told no. $20 to ship a 4 oz. remote control that cost $26. Ridiculous. Then after providing the information to get the right part, the shipment was delayed another day because they asked a question I couldn’t answer fast enough to make sure I was getting the right part. Remote Return June 21, 2021 Reviewer: L. Ryan from Leonardtown, MD United States   Had to replace my 6 year old AC remote due to corroded battery damage, and the order was filled and delivered, but the display on the replacement was faulty. Returned the defective remote, and a new one was promptly delivered without question. And my 6 year old 6000 BTU unit is still performing flawlessly! Was this review helpful to you?

Remote Replacement April 20, 2021 Reviewer: David Smylie from Saint Petersburg, FL United States   Simple remote that was shipped quickly. The one being replaced was only a few years old. Hopefully this will last a little longer. Shipping was kind of expensive as well. Bottom line is the AC unit as a whole is rock solid and very dependable Was this review helpful to you?
