Buyer Beware July 12, 2022 Reviewer: Mark Reyland from CHARLESTON, SC United States   The transformer works ok...for now. The unit had less than 20 hours on it when the transformer blew. They kindly sold me another and wished me luck, after telling me they blew all the time (to save the circuit board) Interestingly enough, the circuit board is under warranty but the transformer is not. A company that creates a poor design they know is going to break, then excludes it from warranty, only to leave the customer hanging after just 20 hours of use.... is despicable. I was literally hours from ordering another unit for the rear of my boat. I guess a bad design and a $20 part saved me from another really bad product choice. You have been warned about the transformer problem... and the company. Was this review helpful to you?

Dock power issues AC quit August 25, 2020 Reviewer: Bill Hayes from PALMETTO, FL United States   We had a dock power issue with a corroded neutral that caused my 3 year old AC to quit and not power up anymore. I called for some technical support and the person answered was extremely nice and very helpful. He immediately told me to check the power supply. I did and there was no voltage. He sent me a link to the power supply and I ordered a new one and 2 days later I had AC up and running again. That is what I call GREAT product support. THANKS.
