MarineAire was very good to deal with. I needed a new terminal block in an AC unit. I discovered the old one was apparently cracked during installation by a previous owner. I ordered the block on Sunday and Monday before shipping Joshua with MarineAire emailed to verify the correct part. The part was delivered Wednesday. Great service and thinking ahead! Thanks!

Excellent support	November 4, 2019

I was able to walk in and within minutes had the parts needed to get my a/c up and running. I didnt even have a part number but the knowledgeable staff was able to help by simply looking at a photo on my phone. Absolutely great products with excellent support at great prices.

Great customer service. When told what part I thought I needed, I was sent to engineering to verify. He had me check a couple things to make sure I hadn't missed something and would have had to order another part and pay shipping twice. Part needed arrived the next day.
