Fantastic Experience!! March 10, 2024 Reviewer: Matthew Lutz   Bought my 16k unit online and picked it up at the store front in Miami. I called twice before the sale and 3 times during my install (which I did myself). Each time I called, they were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the whole process. I called for tech help twice about the same question and they were super patient and glad to help. Will be buying another unit soon and will definitely use them again. Beyond happy with everything November 24, 2023 Reviewer: Lucas Scull from Midway Park, NC United States   To start we got an email confirming we ordered the right size before shipping. That was the first thing that really impressed us. The a/c-heater came in faster then we were expecting. We had a boat mechanic to install it but honestly we think we could have ourselves since we had another unit in already that we were switching out. The instructions were quite clear. The A/C-heater itself is top notch! We are so happy with it! It works perfectly!!!! What an upgrade and for a very good price to boot! Was this review helpful to you?

16k btu self contained unit September 5, 2023 Reviewer: Cory from Fort Lauderdale, FL United States   I liked the low start amperage, seems good quality, much quieter then most other units, it has a plastic sound shield around the unit, which makes it quieter, downside it’s bigger then most other units. I’m in a s Florida, so time will tell how long it will last, my experience is 6 years and most of these Chinese  units start breaking down. High salt content, and they run 11 months of year.
