14,000 Btu/h Self Contained Marine conditioner June 13, 2016 Reviewer: Jerry Wheeler from Palmetto, FL United States   The unit arrived promptly and is as advertised. I installed it with no difficulty and am amazed at the difference of my other split units and the new Marinaire. It is whisper quiet and the feel in that section of the boat is crisp and cool. I can't wait for the others to die so I can replace them also. Only problem I encountered is the lift point popped out while setting the unit in place. No big deal. Was this review helpful to you?

So far great unit August 9, 2014 Reviewer: Richard Coffman from Freeport, NY United States   Installed my new unit in place of an old 10k in my forward state room. Install was straight forward and as expected. Called Sam and got help with control wiring as my pull through tight spaces may have damaged an end. Sam was right on target and new crimps fixed it right away. Unit works great and is almost silent except for air flow out my ducts. I have to get used to the unit cycling the fan occasionally to provide air flow across the evaporator mounted temperature sensor which seems to be a more accurate way to sense air temp anyway instead of the thermostat mounted sensor of the old unit.
