Shipping September 12, 2023 Reviewer: John Lochran from Pelham, NH United States   I received the unit a day later than expected.  This was a bit of an issue as I had to physically be available to sign for a day and a half.  I assume the product is fine and I will provide a second review once installed.  The one takeaway for me is change shipping carriers.  $#@Ex is just not worth it and their business model is not on behalf of the customer. That issue unfortunately reflects on your company offering this horrible shipping option. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Experience August 21, 2023 Reviewer: Shawnly Ward from Norfolk, VA United States   The unit arrived on time and was exactly as advertised.  Install was tight but doable.  Initial operation is good and cooling well.  Now we’ll have to see how long the unit last and what problems she’ll have.  Hopefully I can rely on customer service to answer any questions that the manual does not. Replacing a 32 year old unit. September 17, 2022 Reviewer: William Parrott from Ottawa, IL United States   First, congratulations to a personalized phone call back to me the very next morning to verify a couple of points    Availability to sign for delivery, did we measure the space for the new unit to be used.     It was a refreshing call and a pleasant suprise.     PS:  we will be purchasing two more units as well, and this has cemented the choice for it to be yours.
