Shipping September 12, 2023 Reviewer: John Lochran from Pelham, NH United States   I received the unit a day later than expected.  This was a bit of an issue as I had to physically be available to sign for a day and a half.  I assume the product is fine and I will provide a second review once installed.  The one takeaway for me is change shipping carriers.  $#@Ex is just not worth it and their business model is not on behalf of the customer. That issue unfortunately reflects on your company offering this horrible shipping option. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Experience August 21, 2023 Reviewer: Shawnly Ward from Norfolk, VA United States   The unit arrived on time and was exactly as advertised.  Install was tight but doable.  Initial operation is good and cooling well.  Now we’ll have to see how long the unit last and what problems she’ll have.  Hopefully I can rely on customer service to answer any questions that the manual does not.
