Very Professional September 18, 2020 Reviewer: David Ogle from Port Orange, FL United States   My experience was very positive, the staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I was able to replace my main circuit board, thermostat, and thermostat wiring and get my system back up and running after a lightning strike. They sent me a trouble shooting guide that made it very easy. I have no experience doing anything like this, but it went very smoothly.
