The live people at the other end of my phone call were extremely helpful and professional. 3. Shipping delivery was on time as promised. 4. Packaging of contents was outstanding for protection and also helpful in making easy to sort out the components for quick assembly and installation. 5. Your company must have excellent engineers and service professionals. 6. This is my second order (2 years apart) and I will highly recommend your company. 7. Outstanding!! November 15, 2015 Reviewer: Marjorie Van Vliet from The Villages, FL United States   Outstanding Customer Service (overnight delivery). Installed unit is compact & QUIET. Remote control facilitates an easy review/adjustment (main control is under a counter - factory's original install location). Great Service, Great product. September 17, 2012 Reviewer: John Bouma from Chesapeake, VA United States   I've ordered a total of 4 AC units from MarinAire - and all arrived on time, exactly as ordered, with excellent customer service.   The units are replacing other units which were fully functional - I'm replacing perfectly good units because of the clear superiority of the MarinAire components.  They're significantly quieter than my existing units, and clearly of a better design.  I like the sound dampening and the gages that are integrated into the design.  These are highly recommended - as is the customer service.   Great units Was this review helpful to you?
