Great product!! June 22, 2020 Reviewer: Richard Baynes from Joppa, MD United States   Replaced a 12,000 btu unit in my 370 Sea Ray with the Marinaire 11,000 btu unit and it works great. Super easy installation and so much lighter than the original unit. What a great idea utilizing the sound shield, it makes it so much quieter. No issues after more than one year! June 7, 2019 Reviewer: Christopher Clulow from Kemah, TX United States   I purchased one unit for my salon and one unit for my bedroom on my 1986 42ft Mikelson and both still working (looking) like new without any issues more than 1 year after installation.   Made of durable materials and relatively easy to install (myself).   I travel regularly for work and my boat is always nice and cool in this TX heat when I return back home!  Used year round and warm in the winters also.  I'm a do it yourselfer, the supplied lifting eye and mechanical gauges build in are very useful to install and monitor the AC operating conditions.   Controls are easy to use and the wireless remotes are nice also.  Both AC units were packed very well for safe shipping and operate very efficiently!  More compact, less start up current, and uses less wattage than the older units I removed.   Very quiet  and reliable.  I'm very hard to please! As advertised May 5, 2019 Reviewer: Eric Johnson from Fort Lauderdale, FL United States   Since I was swapping out same brand it was easy.  Changed the location of the water pan drain plug and swapped electricals.  Probably 40 minutes to complete. An eye hook made lowering through the hatch on a block child’s play.  New unite quieter than old one and no leaks from the salt water side.  Very happy with price and operation of unit.  Thank you!
