16k btu self contained unit September 5, 2023 Reviewer: Cory from Fort Lauderdale, FL United States   I liked the low start amperage, seems good quality, much quieter then most other units, it has a plastic sound shield around the unit, which makes it quieter, downside it’s bigger then most other units. I’m in a s Florida, so time will tell how long it will last, my experience is 6 years and most of these Chinese  units start breaking down. High salt content, and they run 11 months of year. Ac systems marine air.product 16,000btu/hearing ai August 5, 2023 Reviewer: James Jones from Page , AZ United States   The systems are quite all parts always there. The build in gages really helps. Shipping July 15, 2023 Reviewer: David Metzler from Shady Side, MD United States   The unit looks great. It is in the process of being installed. The packaging needed help. The package I received had only one piece of broken filament strapping tape. There was minor damage to a plastic cowling that is not structural, so I didn't complain as I didn't want to delay the installation. Was this review helpful to you?

Replacement A/C June 5, 2023 Reviewer: David Jones from Key West, FL United States   Complete package with controller and Stat.  Easy install the discharge can be turned easily.  UNit works great and was an easy replacement.  It is so much more efficient that the other old unit I'm considering replacing it now as well.
