Retrofit control kit/works well July 9, 2015 Reviewer: Chris from East Dundee, IL United States   Excellent alternative to the more expensive controls and I would give it 5 stars if the controls were a little bigger.The display is a little small and hard to read if your older but not a deal breaker. For older units a board alone could be 800 or so. With a little doing and adding a start relay they are great for older max contrls. already have installed 3 this season with 3 happy costumers who love the added features.  Will be contacting you about representation in this area.keep up the good work! Universal Retrofit Control Kit September 30, 2014 Reviewer: Robert Gettier from Chesapeake, VA United States   The themostat with Remote is very nice.  Had an AC mechanic install it.  Because of the need to drill holes in the existing housing for the control board and separate control transformer as well as having to cut every wire and install "Sta-clips" it took about 3 hours to install.  The "Sta-clips" included were very cheaply made. great product, excellent tech support August 10, 2014 Reviewer: Ted Bowman from Lawrenceville, GA United States   This is an exceptional value to update the older rotary knob systems. I had schematics from both Marinair and Marin Air Systems so it was exceptionally easy to wire other than the Marine Air schematic was incorrect on two of the wires. Marinair tech support went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue. The unit functions flawlessly! Was this review helpful to you?
